EPIC WEB S.R.L. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the lead management and social media analytics application (the "Application"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our Application.

1. Information We Collect

Our Application accesses the following data through authorized platform APIs:

• Facebook & Instagram Page Insights — page impressions, reach, engagement metrics, follower counts, page views, and video views.
• Facebook & Instagram Post Data — post content, publish date, media type, permalink, thumbnail, and per-post engagement metrics (impressions, reach, reactions, comments, shares, clicks).
• LinkedIn Organization Statistics — page views, unique visitors, post impressions, engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, clicks), and follower statistics.
• LinkedIn Post Data — post content, publish date, and per-post engagement metrics.
• Lead Form Data — name, email, phone number, city, and message content submitted through advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.

We do not collect personal data from page visitors or followers. We only access aggregated page-level statistics and content published by the page administrators.

2. How We Use the Information

The data we collect is used exclusively for:

• Generating internal performance reports for our clients' social media pages.
• Tracking and managing advertising campaign leads on behalf of our clients.
• Identifying top-performing content for monthly reporting.
• Providing campaign analytics and insights to authorized administrators.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any collected data with third parties. Data is shared only with:

• The authorized client whose pages or campaigns the data belongs to.
• Platform APIs (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) solely for the purpose of retrieving authorized data.
• Google APIs for exporting reports to Google Sheets or Google Slides, as configured by the administrator.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on secured servers with restricted access.
• API access tokens are stored encrypted and are accessible only to authorized administrators.
• Access to the Application is protected by authentication and is limited to authorized personnel.
• We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold related to you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data.
• Restriction — request that we limit the processing of your data.
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to the processing of your data.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our Application integrates with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies:

7. Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of any data associated with your account or pages at any time by contacting us at bogdan@epicweb.ro. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
